On Manual Reconciliation of Missing Points

For Clan Wars Season 2 as well as future events, we will no longer be manually reconciling missing points.

For Clan Wars Season 2 and all future Crypto Unicorns events, we will no longer be manually reconciling missing points. To give more context, for Clan Wars Season 1, our Analytics noticed that some players were not getting any points in the Clan Wars Leaderboard despite doing game activities that should earn them points. We have manually reconciled these missing points for Clan Wars Season 1.

The findings of our investigation of this issue indicate that client/player-side/interference is causing the game to not be able to collect activity data and that this is an isolated issue. Since this issue is mainly caused by client/player-side settings, adjusting such settings falls within client/player-side control.

To lessen the chances of activity data not being collected by the game, we advise players to access the game normally and to remove/deactivate any applications/settings (e.g. ad blockers) that may be interfering with the game collecting activity data. Moving forward, any activity not picked up by the game due to client-side interference will not be counted anymore, therefore the points for these activities will be considered forfeited.

Players can still reach out to our Zendesk team if they need help with points in the leaderboards, though if the cause of the issue is the player intentionally blocking the game from collecting activity data, the Zendesk team will not be able to help.
