Greetings, Unicorn warriors!
After a very successful first season of Clan Wars, we are excited to announce the details of Clan Wars season 2 and the next iteration of the Clan Leaderboard.
The first season of Clan Wars ran for approximately 1 month from the end of August through the end of September and was designed to be a short experiment intended to verify the demand for incentives based on teamwork.
The results are in, and it is clear that the Clan Leaderboard was effective in encouraging players to engage more with the core gameplay and creating rivalries as clans fought to climb their way to the top.
Now that our proof of concept is established, we will expand Season 2 to include larger rewards and run for a longer period of time, roughly 3 months.

Event Mechanics
The second season of Clan Wars will follow the same general process as the first season, with Clan Leaders registering first and Clan Members registering shortly thereafter.
Like last time, each clan will consist of a Clan Leader who is in charge of managing the Clan and members that contribute points to the Clan’s total score.
Clans are required to have at least 10 members to be considered for participation in the leaderboard. If a clan is not able to accrue 10 members, the clan will not be able to participate in the event.
Similarly, Clans will be capped at 35 wallet addresses for season 2.
Clan Registration Process
Clan Leader Registration
The CM team will create a Discord form for those who wish to apply for Clan Leader. The form will be shown in a forum thread on #clan-threads forum channel.
At the end of the Clan Leader registration period, the list of Clan Leader Applicants (CLA) will be collected.
Clan Member Registration
A Discord ticket will be created for each CLA.
Through the ticket, we will provide a KryptoSign for that specific Clan.
Finalizing Clan Lists
After the end of Clan Member Registration, Clan Leaders have 12 hours to finalize their choices.
At the end of the 12-hour period, the CM team will tally and finalize the clan lists. Clan Leaders who did not manage to collect enough players will also be disqualified from the Leaderboard.
Official Clans Announcement
One day before the start of the event, the CM Team will release a sheet of all clans that were able to sign up. The sheet will contain 1 tab for every clan, and each tab will have a table listing all clan members by their nicknames and the last 4 characters of their wallet address.
Shuffle Window
In the first and fifth weeks of the Clan event, the CM Team will reach out to the Clan Leaders on their Clan Discord ticket and conduct a process similar to the Clan Member Registration.
Members must sign up again or be removed from their Clan.
The Clan Leader can deny entry to previous Clan Members in favor of introducing new Clan Members to their Clan.
New Clan members can come from previously eliminated Clans, or individual players who did not join a Clan at the beginning of the event.
Clan Points are attached to the account that earned them. If a member moves from one Clan to another, the points accrued by that member will also move from one clan to another.
Eliminations & Clan Rewards
Clans will be eliminated from the leaderboard on a weekly basis that fall below the cutoff. Clan Wars begin on October 12, however, the first week has no eliminations.

Eliminations have been adjusted to accommodate the current number of clans registered.
An additional shuffle period has been introduced early in the event.
Note that group rewards have not been changed.)
The first elimination round will cut the leaderboard down to the top 18 clans. A player who is a member of a clan that survived an elimination round will receive the corresponding RBW stage reward.
*Also note that the clan's remaining portion is subject to change depending on how many clans sign up for this event.
Final Round: Jan 8 - Jan 14
Group Rewards
Note that the Top 10 Clans will also receive the totality of previous RBW rewards indicated in the previous section, in addition to the rewards below.
Badges will be awarded to all players who are tagged up with their Clan when the leaderboard ends. Clans that place 7–10th will receive generic badges for their participation. The top 3 will receive customized badges with the Clan’s name inscribed on them.
Completion badges will be common in rarity, while 1st — 3rd place badges will be rare.
Please note that the unicorn, land, and Shadowcorn rewards are not per player, this is the total awarded to each Clan. The assets will be delivered to the Clan Leader when the leaderboard ends, who will be able to distribute them to their members at their discretion.
Individual Rewards
In addition to the rewards for Clans that are placed on the leaderboard, there will also be rewards for individual performance. This will give players an incentive to continue participating in the event, even if their Clan is eliminated or doesn’t have enough players for Top 10 placement.
The individual leaderboard will list players in Clans, as well as players that are not tagged with a Clan. Our hope is that this will also serve as a potential recruit tool, so Clans can see other players that might be worthy of an invitation.

Breed a unicorn: 75 points
Evolve a unicorn: 115 points
Craft T6 Booster (hatching or evolution): 35 points
Craft T5 Booster (hatching or evolution): 10 points
Jousting
Win a Bronze Brawl Tournament: 12 points (7 points for winning + 5 points for competing)
Win a Silver Showdown Tournament: 25 points (15 points for winning + 10 points for competing)
Win a Golden Gauntlet Tournament: 55 points (35 points for winning + 20 points for competing)
Compete in Bronze Brawl (any placement): 5 points
Compete in Silver Showdown (any placement): 10 points
Compete in Golden Gauntlet (any placement): 20 points
Farm Loop
Complete a farm: 0.1 point
Complete a gather: 0.25 point
Craft an item: .75 point
Complete a quest: 2.5 points
Event Participation (LIMIT: once per week per clan)
Participating in a Live Event by message: 50
Participating in a Live Event by voice: 150
Third place in a Live Event: 60
Second place in a Live Event: 120
First place in a Live Event: 300

We are excited for the second season of Clan Wars to commence and see the evolution of Clans from one season to the next.
The Clan Leaderboard opens up greater prestige for those who want to claim the right to say they are the best in Crypto Unicorns.
These leaderboards help to ensure that rewards are not hyperinflationary with participation, while still motivating players to compete!
