Flagged Accounts - W3 September 2023

Thank you all for your reports. We understand that this is an off-cycle announcement of flagged accounts. But due to the severity of the behavior, we felt it better to act rather than wait for the normal day on Friday, Sept 22.

As of today, we are adding 35 addresses to the warning list for the repeated lock/unlock of lands in order to roll certain quests. This warning applies to the delegates and the owner if applicable (the owner being responsible for activity on their account, so is liable even if they themselves are not exploiting). Combined, these 35 addresses have locked/unlocked over 26,000 times in the past 30 days. Users listed below who do not cease their behavior by the end of the warning period will be banned in accordance with the ban policy. Furthermore, future behavior of this sort will also result in corrective action being taken.
