Notes:
Make sure to put the eligible wallet address on the form.
Indicate the Land ID of the building you wish to upgrade on the form.
You will be asked to stash in or out exactly one (1) wCU to verify wallet ownership. Put the transaction hash of the stash-in/out on the form. Stash-in/out action must be done within three (3) days before the form's submission.
